Under The Sun of Calabria, on the hills between the Tyrrhenian Sea and Mount Mancuso, for generations the Mancini Family it is dedicated to the harvesting of Olives and the production of Organic Extra virgin olive oil from Calabria. The estate has an area of about 40 hectares intended exclusively for the cultivation of “Carolea”, olive cultivar with a mild and delicate taste. The trees are for the most part secular with some settlements of young plants.
Extra virgin olive oil from organic farming it is obtained by the immediate pressing of freshly harvested olives thanks to the oil mill located on the territory, which guarantees compliance with quality standards as well as additional ecological benefits. The oil is cold processed without the addition of water, thus allowing to safeguard the richness of polyphenols and tocopherols and the aromatic qualities of the olive. Characterized by a low acidity, an average level of fruity, bitter and spicy.
